Kids & “Kids at Heart” are invited to build their own original LEGO creation at home and drop it off at the library, from Sunday, February 25th to Sunday, March 3rd where it will be displayed and judged by local building and design professionals.
Participants are then invited to join us at the Lego Celebration Open House on Saturday, March 9th from 1:00 – 3:00 PM to view all the LEGO builds, claim your prize, and celebrate all things LEGO!
Prizes will be awarded in each of these groups:
- Grades 1 & under
- Grades 2 & 3
- Grades 4 & 5
- Grades 6-12
- “Kid at Heart” (Ages 18+)
Guidelines:
- Creations should be no bigger than 15”x15” square and 24” high
- Teams are welcome and will be grouped by the grade of the oldest builder. Builders may enter only once, either as an individual or part of a team.
- Lego creations should be picked up from the library by Sunday, March 31st.
